What I Do Best

I know that starting a fitness program and then staying fit can be a daunting thought...but I am very caring and patient in making sure you get started safely by using correct form.  I also train experienced athletes to improve their flexibility and core strength in order to make it to the next level in their sport.  My holistic approach to fitness sets me apart from gym based Pilates studios. With "one on one" sessions you will receive immediate reinforcement of your movements at all times.  I enjoy making Pilates and the equipment we use less intimidating... anyone can come, get fit and feel healthy no matter what your age or physical condition.

Since showing up can be the hardest part, I strive to make sure that everything is taken care of.
