The discipline of Pilates that I follow is: "Balanced Body". For over 40 years, the world's most respected Pilates instructors have used Balanced Body Reformer machines and I have one in my studio. With one on one sessions you will receive immediate feedback...unlike if you were in a group session. Upon our first meeting, I work with you to find out what’s most important to you and then design a customized regiment.
